FACTFORCE Academy

LMS Terms of Use, Copyright & Learning Policy

By registering for, accessing, or using FACTFORCE Academy, a learning initiative of FACTFORCES, the learner agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. Purpose of the LMS

FACTFORCE Academy provides skill-development, professional learning, refresher training, assessments, certifications, Master Classes, and related educational content for individual learning and professional development.

Course completion or certification does not by itself guarantee employment, assignment, promotion, income, or engagement with FACTFORCES or any other organisation.

2. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All course materials available on FACTFORCE Academy—including videos, presentations, text, graphics, illustrations, case studies, question banks, assessments, templates, formats, downloadable materials, recordings, course structures, and other educational content—are protected intellectual property.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, all rights belong to FACTFORCES and/or the respective course creator, author, trainer, faculty member, or lawful copyright owner.

Access to a course gives the learner only a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to study the material. Ownership of the content is not transferred to the learner.

3. Strictly Prohibited Use

Without prior written permission from FACTFORCES or the respective copyright owner, users must not:

  • Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit course material.
  • Share PDFs, presentations, videos, recordings, assessments, question banks, screenshots, or downloadable materials with another person.
  • Record or screen-record protected training sessions or course content.
  • Upload course material to YouTube, social media, websites, cloud drives, messaging groups, other LMS platforms, AI repositories, or public/private databases.
  • Convert course material into another course, book, training programme, presentation, coaching material, or commercial product.
  • Remove, alter, hide, or modify copyright notices, logos, watermarks, author credits, or branding.
  • Use substantial parts of the material to train, fine-tune, populate, or develop another commercial educational or AI-based product without written permission.

Unauthorised copying or distribution may lead to immediate suspension of access and appropriate legal action.

4. Individual Account Usage

Each LMS account is intended for one registered learner only.

Users must not share usernames, passwords, OTPs, certificates, or account access with any other person. Activity performed through an account will be treated as activity performed by the registered user.

FACTFORCES may suspend or terminate accounts where abnormal access, credential sharing, copying, or misuse is suspected.

5. Course Completion & Assessments

Learners must complete the prescribed chapters, lessons, and assessments according to the course requirements.

Where a minimum qualifying score is prescribed, the learner must achieve that score before successful completion or certification.

Assessments must be attempted independently. Impersonation, sharing answers, copying questions, manipulating results, or obtaining unfair assistance may result in cancellation of the assessment or certificate.

6. Certificates

Certificates issued by FACTFORCE Academy confirm successful completion of the specified learning programme according to the criteria applicable at the time of completion.

Certificates:

  • Must not be altered or falsified.
  • Must not be transferred to another person.
  • May be verified by FACTFORCES where a verification mechanism is available.
  • May be cancelled if obtained through misrepresentation, impersonation, cheating, or system manipulation.

Certification represents course completion and does not constitute a licence to practise any regulated profession unless separately permitted by the relevant authority.

7. Master Classes & Faculty Content

Master Classes may include personal experience, professional opinions, case discussions, and knowledge shared by invited industry leaders or experts.

The intellectual property rights of guest faculty, speakers, trainers, and contributors remain protected.

Participation in a Master Class does not give attendees permission to record, reproduce, publish, commercially use, or redistribute the speaker’s content.

8. Confidentiality & Case-Based Learning

Some courses may contain anonymised or simulated cases for educational purposes.

Learners must not attempt to identify individuals, organisations, hospitals, insurers, claimants, clients, or other parties from case-based materials.

Any confidential information accessed during training must remain confidential and must not be used outside the authorised learning purpose.

9. User Information & Privacy

FACTFORCES may collect information necessary for registration, course administration, assessments, certification, learning progress, communication, and account security.

Learner information will not be intentionally sold or distributed to unrelated third parties for commercial training purposes without appropriate consent, except where disclosure is required by law, necessary for service delivery, or otherwise covered by the applicable privacy policy.

Users must provide accurate registration and profile information.

10. Accuracy and Educational Disclaimer

FACTFORCE Academy makes reasonable efforts to provide relevant and professionally useful learning material. However, insurance practices, regulations, policies, medical standards, legal interpretations, technologies, and industry procedures may change over time.

Learners should verify current regulatory, legal, medical, policy, or organisational requirements before applying course content to a live professional situation.

Training content is educational and should not automatically be treated as legal, medical, regulatory, or claim-adjudication advice for a particular case.

11. Platform Misuse

Users must not attempt to:

  • Hack or interfere with the LMS.
  • Bypass course restrictions.
  • Manipulate assessment results.
  • Download protected content through unauthorised technical methods.
  • Extract databases or question banks.
  • Introduce malware or harmful code.
  • Gain unauthorised access to another user’s account or administrative area.

Such conduct may result in immediate termination of access.

12. Suspension or Termination

FACTFORCES reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate access where there is reasonable evidence of:

Copyright infringement, unauthorised distribution, account sharing, fraudulent certification, abusive behaviour, system manipulation, data misuse, violation of confidentiality, or material breach of these Terms.

Termination for misuse does not remove FACTFORCES’ or the creator’s right to pursue remedies for infringement or loss.

13. Content Updates

FACTFORCE Academy may periodically modify course content, assessments, eligibility requirements, certification conditions, faculty, course structure, or these Terms to maintain quality and relevance.

The version applicable at the time of use will govern continued access to the LMS.

14. Respect for Creators

FACTFORCE Academy is built on the knowledge and efforts of trainers, authors, professionals, subject-matter experts, and industry leaders.

Learners are expected to respect the intellectual contribution of every creator.

Learn from the content. Apply the knowledge. Credit the creator. Do not copy or distribute the work.

15. Acceptance

By creating an account, enrolling in a course, accessing learning materials, or continuing to use FACTFORCE Academy, the learner confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use, Copyright & Learning Policy.
