Course Summary
Welcome to the CATCON Foundation Course. This programme is designed to give trainees a structured understanding of insurance basics, health insurance, claim types, investigation principles, evidence, communication, TAT discipline, documentation, DRISTI, CATCON values, team roles, and readiness for role allocation.
Each chapter must be completed in sequence. Please read every chapter carefully and complete the short assessment that follows it. A minimum score of 80% is required in the assessments.
After completing all chapters, you must attempt the Final Assessment. Once the final assessment is successfully completed:
- Mark the course as Complete.
- Return to the Home Page.
- Your Course Completion Certificate will then be available for download.
Please do not skip chapters or assessments. The objective is not only to complete the course, but to build the basic knowledge, discipline, and understanding required before moving into role-specific training and operational responsibilities.
